Correspondence is received in Accurate Management’s Microsoft 365 email service and is accessible only to authorised persons. Microsoft provides the email service. Retention covers handling the enquiry and necessary follow-up; correspondence relating to a contract, legal obligation or dispute follows the retention periods applicable to those purposes. The deletion schedule and arrangements for any transfers outside the European Economic Area remain to be formalised according to the actual service configuration.
Browsing and hosting
The website is hosted by OVHcloud. Its operation may involve processing technical connection data, including the IP address, time of access, requested page and browser information, to serve pages and maintain security. The legitimate interest pursued is the operation and protection of the website. Hosting logging and retention arrangements remain to be confirmed.
